Student Fitness Lead
Participated in a 13-week, one-on-one exercise and resistance training program with an adult participant through The Steadward Centre’s Physical Activity Led by Students (PAL) program. Led and adapted individualized exercise sessions to support the participant’s physical activity, fitness, and engagement in a supportive environment.

Adapted Physical Activity Volunteer
Assisted in two Steadward Centre programs. Led, and adapted circuit training sessions to guide adult participants through high-intensity exercise while supporting safe and effective participation. Assisted individuals with disabilities in the Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) cycling program, helping facilitate exercise sessions using stationary bikes.
